expand tree in firefox error
« on: March 15, 2011, 06:31:58 PM »
I have recently found knowledgeroot and I find it perfect for our department's use within our company. I have been successful at changing the colors and css, and fixing some errors that do not work with my setup.

I am running knowledgeroot-0.9.9.5.1 on a debian machine. I downloaded the internet version instead of using the debian package because fckeditor worked better out of the box.

I am using apache 2 and php 5. When I try to expand or collapse the tree when I click the '+' sign, I get the following error at the top of the page:

r.responseXML is null#TypeError#undefined#undefined

any suggestions?

thanks

Hi,

What browser are you using?
What exact php version did you have?
Did you found some errors in apache error log?

Did you have the chance to track the ajax request that was sent to the server after click on the expand icon?

regards,
Frank
