Version 9.8.2 live diagramm can not save document

Hi All,

I have the following problem with live diagramm, I can make a drawing but when saving it indicates that it is saving but actually do not. In document I get the link to created document, but when I open it for editing there is message that file not found.

What would be the problem?

Hi,

could you check the rights of the upload-folder? This folder is be used as storage. So it must be writeable for the webserver.
Does the normal upload work?

Thanks for advice,

the problem was just in opposite - the livediagram directory after installation was writable to all, so server blocked access to it. Now all is ok!
