Hi,
sorry for late reply.
Is your problem, that you did not see any rss icon in your browser or that the rss feed does not work?

Yes. No icon will be displayed by knowledgeroot.
You need to open the url yourself with an rss reader.
Does the url work with your rss reader?

Hi,
open this in your rss reader:
http://www.abcd.com/index.php?rss_feed
[action]=show
If you open that in firefox you should see some xml file.
Or did you get any error message?

Hi,
if you open the url in firefox. Do you see an feed or do you get errors?
Do you see entries in firefox if you are logged out?
The RSS Feed will only show changes that are public to all users.

Hi,
if you open the rss feed in firefox you could take a look at the generated source code.
Could you copy n paste the code here or attach it as txt?!
