Hi,

did you use a new fresh install for the database or not?
Could you create a dump for me?

Frank

Hi,

i only saw that you run update.php and not install.php for installation.
Did you run the install.php?

The dump can also be found here:
/usr/share/knowledgeroot/dumps/mysql.sql

Also take a look to the readme:
/usr/share/doc/knowledgeroot/README.Debian

Hi,

i believe that you cannot create admin users in the admin interface.
But the default login for the frontend is
user: admin
password: admin

You could also take a look here:
http://trac.knowledgeroot.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/wiki/release0995

Hope this helps.

Hi,

da hab ich glatt PHP vergessen. Ja das musst du auch installieren und muss dann entsprechend in den Webserver integriert werden.

Hiho,

sorry für die späte Rückmeldung.
Also,

Hi,

please check what the webserver error log shows for the internal server error.

Hi,

1. I have fixed the wrong path to the controller.
2. About your problem with new page. It seems that you did not allow the .htaccess file in your apache config. In the public folder is a .htaccess file with some small rewrite conditions. So you need to configure apache to allow this rewrites. Or did you use another webserver?

Hi,

puh lange her.
Ich hab grad noch mal in die Sourcen geschaut.
Es lässt sich leider nu in der Datenbank direkt am Feld anpassen. Das sortieren funktioniert dann aber.
Unschön. Ich weiß...

Hi,

to come not in trouble. You are using 0.9.8?! Thats the problem.
You did not use the right upgrade path.
You need to update to 0.9.9 first and after that to 1.0.x.

So the fastes way:
1. Create a copy of your existing 0.9.8 Database.
2. Run this statements: http://trac.knowledgeroot.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser/branches/knowledgeroot-0.9.9/dumps/upgrade_mysql.sql
This updates the database to version 0.9.9
3. Run this statements: http://trac.knowledgeroot.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser/branches/knowledgeroot-1.0/dumps/upgrade_mysql.sql
This updates the database to version 1.0.x
4. Create a folder with your knowledgeroot installation, extensions and config
5. apply the patch
6. Dring a bear ;)

This should do the trick :D

Please see also the release notes of 0.9.9 and 1.0.4:
http://trac.knowledgeroot.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/wiki/release09951
http://trac.knowledgeroot.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/wiki/release104

Hi,

the upgrade path is to have a database running from version 0.9.9 and run the update.php in Version 1.0.
That will do the update on the database.

For your situation you could try to only insert data.
So in your dump should not drop table or something like that.

Hi,

so all looks fine now?!

To fix the error messages you should apply the patch.
And i will try to make a small bugfix release in the next days to fix that.

Hi,

could you replace the attached class-rss_feed.php.txt with your installed extension/rss_feed/class-rss_feed.php ?
Does this help?

Try also to disable cache in extension/rss_feed/config.php and set cache to false.
Does this help?

If nothing of this will help is it possible to get a full dump of your database?
