Blank page when try to install on postgresql

I faced the strange problem. When I try to install kroot on postgresql database I got a blank page after clicking "Start Installation". And it does not meter which information I put in installation form.

Hi,

did you see anything in errorlogs?

What version of Postgresql/php/apache are you using and how is it configured?
