submit rights changes

Im sure this is a stupid question but if i edit a page i can't see a button to update my rights changes. Only a rename button.

There is no stupid question.

If you change the rights and you click rename the rights will also be changed!

I had tried this but when i click edit again the rights remain unchanged.

I granted full permissions to the database.
I will check settings again.

i have check that on mysql and postgresql. I do not have this trouble. Here it works fine.
