Where can i download the dev tarball ?

I have seen that the bug tracker and the files of the development version is here : http://knowledgeroot.cvs.sourceforge.net/knowledgeroot/knowledgeroot/

But is there a way to download the whole files in a tarball or something ?

there is no tarball of the developement version at this moment. Try to read here: http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=157374
This is a instruction to get the cvs-files.

But if you wait 2 or 3 days you can download the new releasecandidate. This version will be a tarball!
