Can't get link target to work.

I want to post a link in the content and that it to opens in a new window, but changing target (in the target tab) it has no effect.
I'm using fckeditor by the way.

Hi,

i have tested this. I think the extension libsecure makes the trouble.
Did you have white and blacklist enabled in the config?
Could you make a short check with disabled libsecure extension?
