Except 'self order' option in the Menu
Can user customize the order in the menu?

Sorry this feature is not complete buildin to knowledgeroot.
You cannot order it in the frontend at the moment. But you could do it in the database ;) But i think this will not help you at the moment.
So it is not possible at the moment.
