Knowledgeroot now with tableprefix support [06/21/2009]

I added support for table prefixes.
I only tested the normal installation with mysql, which worked without problems.
I made modifications to the postgre and sqlite dumps but did not tested them.
I fixed some content display bugs (as of today 06/21/2009).

I run this on my own site.

thats unfair. You have changed the link ;) Or i have seen some old cache entries?!
